Blood & Gum Leaves All the dreamers are dying Where I sit by the lake I can see them climbing Up a rainbow coloured snake Towards the stars of their ancestors I see them wander away Across the sands of time they go We'll never see them again I see their blood in the billabong Why must there be so much wrong with man? I pray one day we can get along And find the strength in ourselves To shake hands with our brothers So want not for yourself, but others Cos there's only ever love Beneath the colour of your skin Or the clothes you're living in I hope one day we learn the way we've been Is just destructive And we must give back our lands; Our lives and tribes in the end Blend into one in the setting sun For all the things that we've stolen You know they'll never forget And all the wrong that we've done them We're bound to answer for this But I have found the solution For all the debt that we owe We've got a lot we can give right back So that our culture can grow I see their blood in the billabong Why must there be so much wrong with man? I pray one day we can get along And find the strength in ourselves To shake hands with our brothers So want not for yourself, but others Cos there's only ever love Beneath the colour of your skin Or the clothes you're living in I hope one day we learn the way we've been Is just destructive And we must give back our lands; Our lives and tribes in the end Blend into one in the setting sun I see the gum by the billabong And a surer shift in the sand Now believe that we all belong

Sun, Salt, Sand & A Man I want to see terracotta roofs in the morning While the sun comes up behind the castle on the point You know there's not many things that I could want more Than to surround myself with the water and sunshine Oh you know they say that money comes to those That focus on things they love; without stress there comes progress And that's why I've come to the conclusion That the summer's gonna see me on an island in the Med When I rest in the sea, the salt heals my body And I know I'm not the only one Who's a man of the sun Someday the summer's gonna see me On both sides of the world I'm the sun, salt, sand and a man I'm dreaming bout rivers running through the mountains And the moon up above us as we jam around the fire Know I'm witnessing my life as it begins To take the form I want; it grows with every word I do write Here it feels like all the people are so real It restores my faith in our breed and humanity And that's why I've come to the conclusion That the summer's gonna see me with a place to lay my head To rest in the sea, the salt heals my body And I know I'm not the only one Who's a man of the sun Someday the summer's gonna see me On both sides of the world I'm the sun, salt, sand and a man

Winter Rain 04:50
Winter Rain Winter rain, wash my gutters clean Keep me sane, and off the sorry street It's not unlike you to keep me in at night I know you well, and you know me right Some day soon, when you're coming down I'll find a way for me to get around But you know till then, and you know it good I'll be at the door in my riding hood Winter rain, you know my bed is warm Still I've got my boots inside the dresser drawer And you know they make, make me want to leave I'll flee this goddamn prison cell one day, you'll see And when I do you know the sun will shine And these walls will breathe a heavy sigh But what good is sun, even without the rain If you let the weather always make you its sorry slave?

A Reason, A Season Or A Lifetime We're all students of the world Our lives take different journeys In light of us learning Our pages keep turning And forward we walk to peace Never repeat a rhyme when it's time To carve your own lines Cos a friend is a fine form of change And they make you look at yourself Like a book on the shelf You must dust yourself off and dive in head first Into the limitless love of this vast universe I'm here with my mind wide open And I met you for a reason or maybe a season To help each others' hearts unfolding Let go, let flow and you never really do know But sometimes, while living in the sunshine We find a soul who's here to guide us It's our choice to learn from those who grace us with love Some will teach you for a day, others longer than a lifetime Now I'm calling out with the truth To be you and always pursue all the goals in your soul That are bursting on through to daylight Where you're bound to find Freedom in the air and loving everywhere I'm here with my mind wide open And I met you for a reason or maybe a season To help each other's hearts unfolding Let go, let flow and you never really do know

Rivermouth 04:58
Rivermouth Take me down to the river Walk me slow through the gum trees My open mind is a lighthouse now As we paddle back downstream Heading towards the ocean The human life is a discourse From true love and devotion Sitting on this board makes me stop and pause On my way to the Rivermouth Gonna find people singing And swell lines rolling in Into the coast I love the most It all makes sense at the Rivermouth Yeah you know this place is golden And I want to grow old round here On the coast I love the most Build me a home in the gum trees Plant me some plum trees too And maybe me and you Could wake up early every morning Jump straight out of bed Without a care for our weary heads Run down the tracks in the sand, be part of the land Yeah we could swim in the ocean forever Gonna find people singing And swell lines rolling in Into the coast I love the most You'll find me down at the Rivermouth Yeah you know this place is golden And I want to grow old round here On the coast I love the most On the Rivermouth, yeah my soul is heading south To the Rivermouth, oh I'd love to live around The Rivermouth, know my feet grow into the ground At the Rivermouth Darling I think it sounds Like we're moving down right now To Margaret's town

New Moon 04:15
New Moon And as the sun slips behind the clouds I'm wondering if you can hear us now We're all singing for you - hope we're right on tune The tide is going out and like it you are leaving too I can see down to the point where I was today Riding triple over head to wash away the pain But now I'm tearing up and struggling to get it out It's hard to sit here on the sand and know you're not around But then I think about the way that life always goes And how you're swimming with us now in the cosmic flow Now all there is has got to come from somewhere in the start And that knowledge is a gift for all our heavy hearts So like the sky changing colour you are changing form While all the people that did love you here have come to mourn Take your time, but remember in your mind That with every sunset you see a new moon rise up Now the sky is growing dark and stars are coming out While a greater sense of peace inside I have found And while it's tough for all of us to simply just let go I realise we'll see you on the other side And like a river you are roaming into newer lands That mirror lines on the palms of both your human hands I see your light, and it's shining ever brighter Now you see the sunset and a new moon rise up

Water Bones 07:00
Water Bones The Power fills us up with an everlasting love That manifests in amazing ways But how can we be reborn when we fossilise the forms That keep us trapped in the cloudier days? Now rise on up out of slumber And treat yourself to a better experience of life Cos all you hear is just the same songs being sung By the blind ones who sleep there, cold in their prisons I hope you all are listening My water bones lead my soul Out into the ocean where I find my home Despite the cold, I can control all my emotions When I open to the overflow So I ride down to the point Where I always do enjoy the very best of our Mother's melody And as I sit down on the sand I let the universe flow through my hands And open up my soul to everything She's telling me Now nature is the connection; it keeps us all from forgetting That we're all part of one world, one song Singing bout the happier days before the wars begun To make us think that we're all alone When in fact from the same tree all our single seeds are sewn My water bones lead my soul Out into the ocean where I find my home Despite the cold, I can control all my emotions When I open to the overflow

about

The Rivermouth. The place where the country's life force flows out into the infinite ocean, merging countless planes of existence on this single, beautiful Blue Planet.

A place of union, togetherness and connection that is proof of our incredible ability to shape our lives in any way we wish.

A single sentence spoken at the right time can change someone's life forever, but sing it out loud and you create powerful waves of realisation which bring light, love and energy to your life and those around you, as all your intentions manifest through the vessel of sound, vibration and creativity.

Explore. Test yourself and all you think you know. Realise your deepest passions and desires and then live them; it may be as simple as writing a song about moving to the Rivermouth...

The essence of all beautiful art is gratitude!

Thank YOU for finding this record! Thank YOU for helping us make music and continue to spread the good vibes! Individually, we can do incredible things; collectively, we can do wonders.

Big love to Dave Mann for helping us connect with our music and being there to capture it, Lee Cummings for showing us that sleep is often an irrelevant past time and enthusiasm penultimate, Diggo for listening to and deciphering the lot, Alice for the inspirational artwork in which the essence of this record is embodied, and Tyler Macrae for helping us put it all together to create the gift you now hold in your hands!

Finally, many thanks to Lindsay's Mum for being a true musical inspiration and for the years of piano lessons - he still doesn't play piano apparently.

Love & Sunshine!
